Nothing But Time launches in Vancouver and Edmonton, accompanied by screenings

Nothing But Time, along with some of Peter Mettler’s finest films, is on the road. There will be an Edmonton book launch on February 11 at Audreys. A Vancouver launch will follow on February 24 at Upstart & Crow. If you are in the vicinity, please come. Both events will feature readings from some special guests from these city’s respective arts communities. They will be fun.

Meanwhile, Edmonton’s Metro Cinema will screen Gambling, Gods and LSD at 2:45 on February 8, with José introducing and books for sale. While the Green Grass Grows: A Diary in Seven Parts will screen in two parts, on February 14 & 15.

José has guest-curated Nothing But Time: Three Films by Peter Mettler for Vancouver’s The Cinematheque. Picture of Light first screens on February 19 at 7:00, with Peter and José in attendance to do an intro and Q&A,, and again on February 27 at 6:30. Gambling, Gods and LSD will screen on February 22 at 6:30 and While the Green Grass Grows will screen in two parts on February 28 and March 1, both with a start-time of 2:00.
