Cathedral

A collaboration with Mexican-Canadian artist Laura Barrón, Cathedral is a 3.5-meter-long book of bilingual text and image, a sort of horizontal map chanting a year of travel and change in the lives of its authors, emphasizing relentless movement and encounters with landscapes in states of violent transition, including the Gulf Coast of Mexico in the wake of Hurricane Isidor and the British Columbia interior in the wake of weeks of raging wildfires. Cathedral was published in Mexico in 2005 with the support of FONCA-CONACULTA.
